Please be aware that equipment is supplied under CPA Terms & Conditions and you must therefore supply us with your Hired-in Plant Insurance details as follows:
- Policy number
- Expiry date
- Limit in indemnity per item (min £50,000 per item)
- Policy excess
N.B. These details must be presented on your broker/insurer's letter headed paper.
