Perfectly suited for short term hire to long running projects. Our welfare unit hire solutions support construction, infrastructure and industrial teams across the UK. We supply modern, well maintained welfare units. All backed by experienced people who understand live sites, tight programmes and high standards.
All welfare units are prepared and inspected before delivery. Available with flexible short term and long-term hire options. Banner Plant helps customers maintain safe, compliant and comfortable site operations.
Our static welfare unit hire solutions provide essential facilities for site teams, including rest areas, washing facilities and toilets. Ideal for projects where the unit will remain in a fixed location for the duration of works.
We supply mobile welfare units to support sites that require flexibility or where facilities need to be moved as projects progress. Powered by solar technology with generator backup, these units ensure optimum performance is maintained when in use and unmanned, giving owners and end users savings by way of reduced fuel usage and reduced noise pollution.
Where projects require specific welfare layouts, capacities or compliance requirements, our experienced hire team can advise on the most suitable welfare unit hire solution. If you are unsure which welfare unit is right for your project, our team will advise based on workforce size, site duration and welfare requirements.
Our welfare unit hire services are trusted by contractors working across construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors. From short term hire requirements to long running projects, we provide units and support that help improve working conditions and support compliance on site.
Operating from seven regional depots, Banner Plant delivers fast response, local service and consistent standards across multiple sites.

We’ve been using this company for all our hire equipment for several years now, and they’ve been flawless from day one. The equipment is always well‑maintained, the team is responsive and easy to deal with, and everything just works the way it should. It’s a huge relief knowing we can rely on them for every job. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I don't really have a lot of personal experience of Banner power tools as I only go there for work. But every time I've been the staff there have been great and very helpful, should you have a problem.
