Banner expands into Leicestershire
Sheffield based Banner Plant Limited has acquired the assets and on-going business of Premier Plant and Tool Hire Limited by way of a share purchase agreement.
Premier operate from two depots in Leicester and are one of the largest independent plant and tool hire companies in the East Midlands. They run a comprehensive plant fleet and an extensive range of power tools.
Premier has been run by previous owner Rob Hughes over the last 17 years and he has developed a very professional and successful business. Rob will be remaining at the helm in his new role as General Manager Leicester. Premier will continue to serve their loyal customers with excellent products and service, whilst being able to offer additional lines such as powered access, accommodation and large compressors from Banner Plants more comprehensive fleet.
The fact that Rob Hughes chose Banner to continue Premier’s development speaks volumes for the respect we have for each other’s businesses. I would like to welcome Rob’s team and I encourage them to continue their dedicated approach to customer service. Together, under the Banner brand, we are a stronger proposition in both Leicestershire and our current area of operations.
